What is Online Check In?
Sport Clips' Online Check In allows you to conveniently "get in line, online" for your next haircut. When you check in, you will receive an approximate time for your haircut, giving you the freedom to wait wherever you prefer before heading to the store.

Why should I use online check in?
We understand that not everyone wants to check in, as we also accept walk-ins. However, we strive to make your haircut experience as convenient as possible. Using our online check in system ensures that your name is on the lineup, allowing you to be "at bat" or "on deck" by the time you arrive at the store.

How does online check in work?
To use our online check in system, simply download the app. From the main check-in page, either allow Sport Clips to find your location or enter your zip code. Then, select your preferred store from the map and click the "check in" button. The first time you check in online, you will need to create an account.

How do I know what time to arrive at the store?
After completing the check-in process, you will be provided with an approximate time to arrive at the store. Based on your location and distance from the store, you can plan your travel accordingly.

What do I do when I get to the store?
Upon arrival, locate the wallboard mounted near the front counter and look for your name (first name, last initial). Let us know that you have arrived by quickly checking in at the check-in kiosk or informing our team members. Once checked in, take a seat and your turn will come up shortly. If you don't see your name, please ask a stylist to verify your online check-in to ensure your place in line.
